• how that feels to you.

Through the exercises you’ll do during the masterclass, you’ll immediately experience for yourself just how powerful and essential inner dialogue is for your self-care toolkit. Just like the other tools in Marleen’s Masterclasses, it’s a fundamental tool for providing yourself with optimal support.
